- Well known college with at least 8-12 years of relevant work experience in an HR operation(HRO/RPO) in MNC / Global company.
- Manage the various complex operations that support the client global recruitment.
- Plan and forecast capacity utilization
- 2-3 years team management(Direct reportee), Manage team of HRO association & specialist
- Performance management
- Good in Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills along with Strong academics background.
- MBA Preferable - Ensure quality work is delivered.
- Communicate rigorously within the team and with Stakeholder
