Manager - Global Financial Control - BFSI

1. In- Time and accurate closure of books of account for South East Asia entities (Singapore) and Oceania entities for reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results

2. Preparation of annual financial statements and lead the monthly balance sheet reviews with on-site market finance teams (including circulation of various dashboards on need basis)

3. Ensuring financial accounting of the entities in line with accounting policies and work with on-site finance teams in delivering effective legal entity governance

4. Relationship building with overseas stakeholders; effective coordination with various teams and departments

5. Ensuring compliance to Internal and SOX Controls; timely & effective closure of External, Internal and Tax Audit

6. Managing team; ensuring proper work allocation, efficient delivery, keeping team focussed and motivated

7. Drive automation projects to bring efficiency and productivity
