APPLY / REFER / SHARE : Now Hiring for a US Based Consulting Firm based in Gurgaon for the role of Manager - Global Data Analytics.  TECHNICAL EXPERTISE INTO BELOW MENTIONED AREAS ARE MUST:  MDM (MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT), DATA QUALITY , DATA GOVERNANCE, MDM CONSULTING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, DATA MANAGEMENT.  JOB RESPONSIBILITY:  - APPLY / REFER / SHARE : Now Hiring for a US Based Consulting Firm based in Gurgaon for the role of Manager - Global Data Analytics.  - TECHNICAL EXPERTISE INTO BELOW MENTIONED AREAS ARE MUST:  - MDM (MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT), DATA QUALITY, DATA GOVERNANCE, MDM CONSULTING,  - PROJECT MANAGEMENT, DATA MANAGEMENT.  JOB RESPONSIBILITY:  - Oversee the creation and implementation of a data "marketplace" that brings myriad of data and related resources into an easy-to-access front-end (in partnership with IT and our Analytics leadership)  - Ensuring the right platforms in place to enable consulting and knowledge team staff efficient, easy access to all data types and associated tools  - Establish a full communication plan for the launch and awareness of the marketplace  - Develop a support and maintenance infrastructure   - Implement rigorous processes for the collection and integration of internal and external data and related resources, ensuring best in class capabilities are brought to bear (in close cooperation with Analytics leadership)  - Develop internal customer segmentation and understanding of differentiated data needs, and develop plans to address different requirements  - Promote communication and manage relationships with Practice Areas, case teams and knowledge teams to improve ease of access and usability  - Collaboratively with the Knowledge function, align processes and roles so that data, benchmarks and models are extracted from case teams at the end of projects, sanitized and shared as appropriate  - Partner with the Knowledge function, Analytics leadership and L&D to align delivery and training strategies focused on ease of access, usability and effectiveness for end-users  - Institute appropriate policies and processes to manage risks associated with use of benchmarks, data and associated tools (internal or external) within consulting teams and across   - Protect Data against risks associated with the collection, management, and re-use of data   - Partner with Legal, Risk and other business functions to institute rigorous policies and protective mechanisms  JOB REQUIREMENTS  - Bachelors degree with high academic achievement required, advanced degree preferred  - 6-8+ years of relevant experience with a focus on a background in developing, managing and deploying proprietary data sets, warehouses, analytics and associated tools and technologies   - Substantial experience translating complex business needs into functional requirements  - Demonstrated experience working with globally dispersed, cross-functional teams  - Prior experience in a professional services organization highly preferred  - Prior experience with formal process engineering and associated change management highly preferred  - Significant project management experience, including projects with mixed business and technology components  KEY COMPETENCIES  - Strong track record building teamwork across functions  - Excellent presence and business acumen, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills  - Track record of teamwork across diverse functions and locations.
