Global compliance service helps global organisation operating in multiple countries in managing and implementing controls to manage compliance around laws and regulations.
Employment compliance practice helps organisations to understand global emerging trends impacting workforce, keep track of regulatory changes, review / compile HR policies, handbooks, employment contracts, operational documents, conduct audit and reviews around workforce related compliance
Roles & Responsibilities:
The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:
1. Independently lead and manage large engagements of global employment compliance projects
2. Manage team and coach them for larger role
3. Support in business development
4. Though leadership on global emerging trends on workforce matters
Requisite Skils, Education and Experience:
1. Extensive experience of handling / managing global compliances on employment and mobility projects
2. Experience of conducting, managing audits and reviews. Good understanding of HR controls and process
3. Robust project management skills
4. Law graduate, Chartered accountant, Company Secretary
