Manager - Global Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Planning:
- Prepares global templates by Unit on annual compensation budget for review by the Comp Lead and BU/GBLs HRDs. Incorporates salaries, Variable Compensation Target (VCT), and other relevant costs into template to arrive at the current year baseline vs projected budget
- Prepare statistical analysis, data modeling and costing analyses, as needed
- Participate in salary surveys, interpret and perform analysis on salary survey data
- Highly proficient in market pricing practices, theories and methodologies and tools
- Ability to develop and conduct analysis of compensation structures and frameworks
- Consults with Unit HRDs and HRBPs on various compensation related issues relating but not limited to: benchmarking, survey analysis, salary planning, hiring rates, position alignment.
Executive Variable Compensation (VC):
- Validates employee VC eligibility and VCT
- Issues VC start letters which contain role based financial KPIs
- Calculates annual VC by unit based on each units Business Performance Factor (BPF), employees' Individual Contribution Outcome (ICO), and Normalization factor.
- Develops reports for Compensation Leads and Unit's HRDs review and approval
- Completes Group VC approval templates
- Working with Finance through the year to calculate VC payment commitments based on latest year end forecast so appropriate accruals can be made.
Other Total Rewards Programs:
- Assists with administration of the company Long Term Incentive (LTI) annual process
- Maintains and audits business processes, incentive targets, and incentive payout rules
- Creates ad-hoc reports, compensation modeling, and analysis as necessary
- Work on various group level projects e.g. design input to new systems
Experience Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record with at least 8 years of experience within Compensation, Finance or Operational areas
- People Management Experience; experience of managing a small team of 2-3 as direct reports along with conducting their performance evaluations and supporting their development.
Advanced Excel skills such as:
- VBA, Formulas writing and advance Macros
- Develop Charts.
- VLookUp
- Pivot Tables.
- Conditional formatting.
- Array Formulas
- Dashboards.
Finance and business acumen :
- Technical and functional understanding of Successfactor reward modules is desirable
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems is desirable
