A Leading Financial Sector looking for Manager- Global Audit Designation / Position: Manager- Global Audit Work Experience 8 to 12yrs PG Qualification CA/ CA Inter Job Location(s) Hyderabad Annual Salary Range 21 lakhs fixed Job Description: - Compliance with reporting.&nbsp; - Assess the reasonableness of financial statements reported, including the P&amp;L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.&nbsp; - Review policies, processes, and systems, including the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control structure and processes.&nbsp; - Identify best practices and share with member firms as appropriate.&nbsp; - Create executive-level reports, typically for Global and member firm finance leadership. Manage the team in analysis and review of member firm financial data.&nbsp; - Provide daily operational management of the team, including quality control, the delegation of analyses and data requests, and management of these to completion.&nbsp; - Manage team communications process. Regularly assesses and recommend to Senior Manager actions to ensure the continuous improvement of team processes, skillsets, financial systems knowledge, and quality of output are the highest possible; and to mitigate any related risks.&nbsp; - Have primary responsibility for HR matters related to the team. Profile Description: CA or CA Inter. 8 years in an external/Internal auditing, or corporate finance, preferably in a global professional service organization. - Audit of service sector organizations, a plus.
