Manager - General Ledger - Shipping Industry - CA

Xperia Executive Search has been retained by a world's 4th biggest German based multinational shipping and container transportation company .

This group is a global leader in container shipping, specialising in reefer cargo, dangerous goods and special cargo projects.

Location-The position is based in Mumbai.

Experience: Min 5+ Years Post CA in General Ledger (Accounting).

Must-Haves:

1.Preparation of forecasted budgets that are adequate for the organizations needs.

2.Overviewing accounting function which includes review of monthly cost, comparison with budget, variance analysis, closing of monthly accounts, reviewing IC reconciliations, bank reconciliations etc.

3.Ensuring statutory compliance are adhered to timeline.

4.Monthly reporting to management on month closing activities.

5.Preparation of projected cash flows.

6.Responsible for conducting statutory audit of HLBS LLP entity and support to area in getting the audit of the respective areas (Group & Statutory Audit).

7.Providing support to supervisor as first level of contact & providing support & assistance to senior manager and team members.

8.Providing quality assurance in terms of financial reporting and suggesting the areas where any improvement can be done.

Qualification: Should be CA Qualified

CTC: offered would be the best in the industry.
