Role:

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising efforts. As a Fundraising Manager, person will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive fundraising plan that aligns with the organization's mission and goals. Candidate will work closely with Chief Resource Mobilization Officer to develop and implement strategies to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies

Job Specs:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.

- Develop and maintain relationships with foundations, corporations, and government agencies to secure funding.

- Conduct research and identify new funding opportunities.

- Prepare and submit proposals, letters of inquiry, and grant applications to potential funders.

- Coordinate and manage all fundraising activities, including donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase donor retention and engagement.

- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of fundraising activities and budget management.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of securing major grants from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and board members.

- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
