Designation: Manager Structure execution

Experience: 6-10 years .Thorough knowledge of the loan documents and NCD issuance processes. Very thorough knowledge of the tax laws and regulatory requirements pertaining to the planning and execution of special situation business transactions.

Job Role:

- To analyse distinct structure funding problems, you need understanding skills.

- Developing pitches with finance solutions; Constant interaction with internal relationship and coverage teams

- Creation of analytical materials (cash flow models, information dockets, etc.) for internal doability assessments and for external investors.

- Collaborating on placements with the sales team and potential investors

- Deal closure, including sanctions, paperwork, and funding

- Working with the finance team to structure and carry out the deals.
