This is an exciting client facing opportunity for someone with a strong expertise in Investor Relations & Fund Raise to play a pivotal role in partnering and supporting the organization to onboard UHNIs/HNIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, independent financial advisors (IFAs) and other channel partners.
The role requires the candidate to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In brief, the role requires to:
- Interact with HNI, UHNI, Family Office & Channel Partners with a focus on real estate focused funds (AIF)
- Prepare pitchbooks
- Market and explain briefly about the products in a clear & transparent manner
- Reach out new family offices, wealth managers & channel partners and set up the call for partnership arrangement
- Negotiate all the terms and conditions related to the partnership
- Address all the queries of the investors, wealth managers & channel partners in a professional and prompt manner
- Follow-up until all the queries are resolved
- Periodically provide updates to investors on the investment status
- Actively engage with investors via email and face to face meetups
- Build deeper relationships with existing clients and building new relationships with HNI, UHNI, Family Offices, Wealth Managers and other channel partners
- Draft meeting preparatory notes, management questionnaire, etc.
Apply if you have the following:
- Minimum 3+ years of investor relations/fund raising experience and 7 - 10 years of overall professional experience
- Possess strong analytical skills with proven success in a role that provides research and interpretation of the market environment, opportunities and investment strategies with respect to primary investments.
- From Wealth, Securities or Banking industry and having good relations with HNI, UHNI, Family Offices & channel partners
- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills with an ability to communicate effectively
- High on emotional intelligence with an ability to understand stakeholder expectations
- Graduate with a preference for MBA from a tier 1/tier 2 college
