Manager - Fund Raise - Real Estate

Job Description

- Experience in the Real Estate Sector / Real Estate Lending or in an International Property Consultant - Capital Markets or Consulting Sector

- Preparing Presentations and handling Queries for Raising Capital from various Financial Institutions and Investors

- Continuously updating the Borrowing deck, Investor Presentation and other Standardized Documents

- Presentations for On Going and Future projects

- Experience in Closing at least 2-3 Funding Transaction from Buyer's Side or Seller Side

- Preparation of presentations for fund raising and for existing investors / management

- Doing preliminary financial analysis for new and existing Real Estate transactions

- Reviewing and evaluating collected data results, makes appropriate recommendations

- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents.

- Ability to monitor and coordinate all types of projects with indirect or limited supervision

Required Candidate profile

Candidate should be a CFA/ CA /MBA - Finance

Skills: English-Written and Articulation, MS Excel high proficiency
