Manager - Fund Raise & Lending - NBFC - CA

Job Responsibilities:

- To develop new and manage existing relationships across lending, Co-lending Financial Institution partners.

Job Description:

- Managing relationships with Banks/ NBFCs BC/ Co-lending partnership with Credit Fair

- Responsible for business volumes, profitability and ensuring scale-up of partnerships

- Liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations

- Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information exchange with partner lenders.

- Manage debt fundraising for the organization while ensuring regulatory compliance and having hands-on experience in borrowing transactions and negotiations with banks/lenders.

- Ensuring to submit information as per the prescribed templates of Banks/NBFCs and other lenders.

- Develop networks and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment, and recent developments in the sector.

Education Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA

Job Skills:

- Experience of strategic partnerships across Bank/ NBFC is a must.

- Experience in Liaising with lending partners/ banks/ NBFC & FinTech

- Understanding of NBFC and digital lending regulations
