Qualification -MBA / M.Com / B.Com

Job Role

1. Candidate is required in Fund Administration operations.

2. To control and manage all aspects of Fund Accounting and Administration including Fund Migrations, set ups, NAV computation and client reporting, ensuring adherence to laid down internal and statutory guidelines and service standards agreed with the clients.

3. Knowledge of end to end investment operations encompassing transfer agency, settlements, cash management and accounting.

4. Ability to handle variety of fast changing situations in terms of work pressure and clients- requirements.

5. Strong inter-personal and communication skills and strong analytical and procedural skills.

Key Aspects of the job :

- Ability to handle migration of AIF / Offshore Funds from one system to another or from one service provider to another service provider.

- Computation of NAV for all AIF / Offshore Funds schemes on a periodic basis.

- Keep track of latest regulatory changes and market developments and pro-actively support in alignment of processes in accordance to the changes.

- Understands the nuances in Fund Administration and leverages his/her experience in developing best in class procedures and controls.

- Take responsibility of multiple small clients or a single leading client as an Account Manager responsible for servicing the clients transactional as well as Fund administration needs.

- Closely work with business team to roll out sub products within Fund Administration.

- To ensure that the operations in the unit are working to laid down standards of control, compliance, whilst maintaining required productivity and service level.

- To ensure services standards, whenever specifically agreed with clients or on a generic basis are adhered to.

- To progress operational developments / changes in procedures in terms of regulatory and market related challenges.
