Manager - Fund Accounting - Bank

Our client is a global bank and financial services with operations across the globe and they are actively seeking an experienced individual to manage their Fund accounting team.

As a Manager, you will responsible for the daily management of the operational team ensuring accurate and timely processing, reconciliation and valuation of inputs that go into determining the Net Asset Value for the Mutual and Hedge Funds.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- End to end NAV Calculation, Review and Reconciliation.

- Manage and mentor a team of Accountants

- Be accountable for ongoing client satisfaction by ensuring their needs and expectations are met through service excellence, participate in weekly/monthly oversight calls

- Deliver on operational effectiveness by managing the performance of the team against goals and providing continuous improvement ideas

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- A broad knowledge of Fund Accounting with 10 to 12 years of experience

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Equivalent, CA/ MBA(Finance).

- Experience in Team Management.

- Strong technical accounting and people management skills.

- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing deadlines.
