My client is one of the leading Financial Institution based out of US with a strong presence in India across various Locations. The Financial Fund Audit Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting in managing and overseeing all financial, accounting, auditing and investment aspects of the fiduciary responsibilities to the client The position requires knowledge and skills in the areas of audit, fund accounting, and investment strategies to successfully manage Clients' clients. Some of the key responsibilities as will include: - Oversight and monitoring of accounting, audit, custodial and investment functions and processes as performed by the funds service providers to ensure services adhere with established work practices and procedures. - Review of the annual audited financial statements and statutory filings of fund structures. - Monitor fund-operating expenses. - Oversee investments portfolios to ensure compliance with investment mandates. - Coordinate, prepare, attend and participate in trustee fund meetings. - Oversee distribution processes and calculations for funds under administration. - Responsible for the oversight of fund statutory filings with CIMA. - Assist with preparing multi-country custody accounts and completing tax-related forms. - Assist with FATCA/CRS filings with the Cayman Tax Authority, including timely statutory filing reporting. - Monitor and review delegated services of affiliated custodians to ensure adherence with established work practices and procedures. - Liaise with investment manager and affiliated delegates
