Role Definition :

- Operational knowledge in Fund Accounting world.

- Operational knowledge of AIF or PMS; Leverage calculation for AIFs

- Calculation of NAV using Series / Equalisation method or any other

- Order Generation for Portfolio Managers / AIF.

- Trade processing and Settlement of Stock.

- Recording of Corporate Actions and Settlement of CA benefits.

- Knowledge of accrual and posting accounting entries for each transaction for Securities and Cash.

- Reconciliation of Securities and Cash positions for each investor account.

- Sending Client Reports.

- Submission of Regulatory Reports- Knowledge of SEBI requirements from AIF/PMS perspective

- Fees Calculations for Portfolio Managers / AIF .

- Handling Client queries.

- Handling Audit related activities.

- Servicing to securities of different class- Equity, Derivatives, Debt, Structured Products, Gsec, Mutual Funds etc.

Experience : Minimum years 5

Preferred industry : Capital Market

Preferred Role : Fund Accountant

Education Preferred : CA/BCOM

Experience of minimum 5 years in Fund Accounting world
