Service Line Introduction :

- Fraud Investigations and Disputes Services deals with complex issues of fraud, regulatory compliance and business disputes to achieve our client company's potential.

Academic Qualification : Chartered Accountants

Experience Required :

- Working knowledge of cGMP requirements by regulators such as US FDA, UK MHRA

- Internal Audit / Risk Management in Pharma industry

Preferred :

- Investigation experience

- Understanding of Health Care Compliance practices

- Have conducted FCPA reviews in Pharma industry

- Understanding of Pharma industry Channel such as distributors, sales agents etc
