Our client, a large Consumer Electronics company is seeking a Fraud Investigator to support our order fraud prevention efforts. The Digital Payment Fraud Risk Operations team is a high impact team whose goal is to improve the service process experience by mitigating risk associated with unauthorized card usage. The ideal candidate will have excellent investigative skills, extensive knowledge of standard methodologies for fraud management and prevention, experience with account reviews, SAR-AML, and familiarity with all types of payment mode. Role and Responsibility 1. Portfolio Management (Fraud anticipation, Finding, and investigation) 2. Responsible for timely investigation on digital payment (UPI, Neft, Etc) 3. Ensure Fraud exposure and minimize in portfolio. 4. Identify and hold emerging fraud in the portfolio. 5. Coordinate incident handling with regional risk group and take decisive action on an event, alert. 6. Redefine existing process and automate risk process 7. Build check and controls in a system 8. Know the Process of SAR & AML reporting. Cross function engagement: 1. Engagement with the information security group, marketing, Product, analysis team on a strategic change to mitigate risk and fraud loss. 2. Presentation to the internal cyber fraud risk and another external forum (NPCI) Management Assignment & New Innovation: 1. Undertake reviews and control checks on the product. 2. Review new product and process roll-out, and provide critical feedback and risk control.
