About Our Client

Our client is a leading global reinsurance firm with operations in over 40 countries across the world. They have their captive unit here in Delhi NCR and have most of their finance work being done from this office. They are looking for a manager to be part of the internal reporting team to handling FP&A and controllership function for one of their global regions.

Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for;

- Variance analysis and commentary on the P&L and balance sheet

- Creating management packs and dashboards for internal reporting

- Manage the on shore stakeholders

- Controllership function for the region you are supporting

- Manage your team

The Successful Applicant

- You will be a CA/MBA (tier 1 & 2 only) with minimum 7 years post qualification experience. You will have prior experience in either FP&A or financial control at a shared services/captive/KPO set-up. You will have strong analytical skills and have prior experience of managing a team. You should be experienced in dealing with on-shore stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.
