Manager - Formulation Development - Skin Care

1. In this role, the incumbent will be needed to develop products and technologies in relevant skin care categories. He/she needs to lead formula development in the project and deliver the product working from scratch managing different activities of product development.

2. Represent R&D in core team meetings on medium and high complex projects. He/she will lead decisions to manage the project progress and align Head with decisions if required.

3. Manage large & medium complex innovation projects & technologies

4. Develop strategy for technologically advancement, sustainability and value management of the category.

5. Novel Technology/Capability Development: Build Platform technology and category capabilities, open innovation.

6.Identify IP (Intellectual Property) gaps, strategies patent filing for creating technology in categories.

7.Expert and trainer in different workflows - formula databases, Stability tests, micro, safety assessment, registration process, artwork, upscaling process, analogies, and risk management.

8. Lead lab management topics like Safety, RM (Raw Materials), hygiene, Waste management to develop simplified and efficient lab operations.

9. Collaborate with global teams on categories pipelines and sustainability exchange.

Experience Required - Minimum 12 year of experience in the field of formulation development preferably in the field of Skin Care, Body Care, Deodorants and Shower. Hands on Experience on emulsions will be preferred
