- Ensure effective implementation of FCPA/ABAC Compliance framework in both Manual and System driven environment
- Provide advisory support to the business & the company's affiliates on ABAC compliance risks and remediation: Identify and analyze business gaps and risks, and accordingly assist the business to address them based on a thorough understanding of the company's business and compliance requirements.
- Actively participate and work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Medical, and other business teams.
- Undertake ongoing ABAC compliance monitoring activities, including but not limited to generation of relevant compliance reports and dashboards for Senior Management.
- Handle / Coordinate FCPA/ABAC Compliance Audits
- Assist business functions/ teams in investigations & assessing corrective/ disciplinary actions when appropriate.
- Initiate due diligence of third parties i.e. vendors and distributors
- Review & approve operational transactions on Compliance tools such as Polaris, Sharepoint, Flotrix, Aravo and Compliance Desktop
- Provide support on process automation i.e. launch of new tools for ABAC compliance and process improvements i.e. integration and standardization of ABAC policies and processes in line with global standards
- Provide training on ABAC compliances to BD associates and third parties
