Job Description:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong 6- 15 years' experience in relevant field.

- CTC - Looking for promising candidates with their current CTC between 20-40 LPA

- Minimum Qualification - MBA Finance/CA/CFA.

- Oil and Gas or relevant industry exposure is good to have.

- Experience in working with large data sets and using relevant analytical tools

- Experience in creating Dashboards

- Broad experience with risk concepts across Markets including Risk Analytics and Capital.

- Experience presenting / communicating complex risk concepts and analysis.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

- Managing average daily FX exposure of approx. GBP 500mn and EUR 20mn

- Managing future exposures and exploring various instruments to maximize risk coverage.

- MIS and other reporting to internal management on fx options and MTM and relevant analysis.

- Prepare market overview and indicate market events significant to the FX exposure.

- To price options and forwards to review advanced hedging techniques (incl. over performance structure)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The candidate will focus on the below key areas:

- Hedging forex exposures of the company

- Efficiently handle large volumes of forex flows and effectively mitigate the market risks

- Form views on USD/INR and improve on the benchmark rate while hedging

- Coordinate with the company's division and hedge their cross-currency exposures

- Efficiently hedge Forex Exposures of the company

- Ensure minimum spread cost in transactions

- Guide internal cross functional teams on numerous macro events and their impact on asset classes

- Manage the entire front office MIS.

- Mid and Back-office functions

- Prepared daily and monthly MIS for various Business verticals

- Prepared MTM reports for Commodities and Forwards

- Contribute to the weekly report prepared by the Group Treasury
