Manager - Fixed Income Indices - BFSI

Job opportunity for a working professional with at least 4 years of work experience in Fixed Income Indices with people management skills.

Location: Bengaluru/ Kolkata

Responsibilities:

- Development and maintenance of fixed income and hybrid benchmark indices

- New Product development: Launch of innovative replicable indices for index funds/ETFs

- Process automation: Assistance in development, testing, maintenance of various in-house applications used for construction of indices.

- Tracking competition and other global practices

- Ensuring compliance to regulatory and other best practices

- Preparation of ad-hoc analytical reports for the purpose of senior management and/or for external agencies

- Team management, supervision and planning

Requirements:

- Fixed income market understanding

- Fluency with bond and index mathematics

- Analytical inclination

- Strong oral, written and presentation skills

- Working knowledge of MS office products and VBA
