Job Responsibilities :

- Control day to day general accounting

- Ensure accuracy in AR, AP, Fixed Assets & Inventory accounting processes

- Financial Reporting in SAP environment

- Monthly financial closing & reporting - IGAAP & IFRS

- Quarterly, half yearly & annual accounts closing - IGAAP, IFRS & US GAAP

- Co-ordination of statutory audit

- Supporting & controlling the tax accounting - indirect & direct taxes

- Related compliances under Company law

- Process & system improvements in financial reporting

- Catering to reporting requirements of JV partners - FCA & TML

- Managing the financial consolidation related requirements of JV partners

- Participation in GST transition etc.

Functional competences :

- Thorough knowledge of Indian GAAP & relevant Company Law

Good knowledge of IFRS

Some knowledge of US GAAP

FI module of SAP

-Basic knowledge of other processes within Finance, such as :

Costing / product pricing

Direct & indirect taxation

Internal & external reporting & MIS

Interactions

Internal - various cross functional Departments

External - statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants etc.
