Financial Reporting Manager

Our client is a leading travel portal in India.

Desired background:

- Experience post CA internship - at least 5 years

- Having worked in listed companies or Big4 companies.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalized annual and Interim IFRS/ Ind AS compliant financial statements along with notes to accounts.

- Prepare financial projections and P&L forecast along with goodwill and going concern evaluation.

- Prepare specific workings of financial reporting matters such as Ind AS 116, current and deferred tax.

- Work with the team of SEC filing (Form 6K and 20F) for the foreign private issuer.

- Work with the team for implementation of SOX controls compliances as per PCAOB.

- Prepare and finalized annual and Interim IFRS/ Ind AS compliant financial statements along with notes to accounts.

- Act as a center point for coordination for closing statutory accounts and coordinating statutory audit with Big4 audit firm. Part of the core team working on preparation and submission of DRHP with SEBI.

- Prepare financial projections and P&L forecast along with goodwill and going concern evaluation.

- Prepare specific workings of financial reporting matters such as Ind AS 116, current and deferred tax.

- Work with the team of SEC filing (Form 6K and 20F) for the foreign private issuer.

- Work with the team for implementation of SOX controls compliances as per PCAOB.
