We have an urgent opening of Manager-Financial Reporting & Consolidation, based in Mumbai for a reputed company

Job Description :

- CA with 3-4 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation process.

- Male candidates only .

- Ensuring true and fair presentation of Financial Statements in accordance with the applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Accounting Standards issued by : Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Generally Accepted Accounting Practices in India, Guidelines issued by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant accounting bodies and also Enable Holding Company and Ultimate Holding Company in consolidation of financial statements at Group level.

- Support in managing seamless statutory audit, limited review on quarterly and annual basis and also analysis of the major contributing items in profit & loss statement and Assets and Liabilities, understanding and verifying the deviations as compared to Budget.
