Position Overview:.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) Finalist/CA with a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in financial reporting, accounts finalization, subsidiary and consolidation of accounts, and expertise in FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act).

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional proficiency in Excel and data presentation, with additional proficiency in Canva and strong presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial statements.

- Oversee the finalization of accounts, including reconciliation, analysis, and preparation of financial reports.

- Manage subsidiary and consolidation of accounts, ensuring accurate consolidation of financial data from various entities.

- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with FEMA guidelines.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to gather financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.

- Create visually appealing presentations and reports using Canva and other tools to communicate financial insights effectively.

- Present financial information to stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors, with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Finalist with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounts finalization, subsidiary, and consolidation of accounts.

- Strong understanding of FEMA guidelines and experience in handling related financial transactions.

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Canva, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
