Designation - Manager-Financial Products & Market Development

Location - Andheri east,Mumbai

Profile-

1 Research the market (category / geography) to establish sound understanding of the business potential, competitive scenario / alternative offerings and to understand the market structure (key sub-categories / players, business objectives, economic models, regulations, affinity to standard offering etc

2 Build product concepts to meet market requirements and circumstances. Identify and solve for key gaps in the market and to differentiate from alternatives.

3 Prepare and socialize a go-to market strategy. Identify and point out key levers of influence & prominent partnership opportunities, technology / financial investment required and key dos & don- ts.

4 Lead the introductions & pitches and diligently follow-up for next steps and develop early meetings into serious conversations for key market partnerships.

5 Sign-up key Partnerships and close all legal & organizational formalities around approvals & contracts

6 Support budgeting activities by forecasting partner sign-ups and gross-billings and tracking to it.

7. Hire, on-board & groom key team members. Identify & develop key skills required for self & the team.

Education & Experience(Must have)-

Must be an MBA.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of product development / business development roles.

Should have managed card or payment products (credit / debit / prepaid / travel cards) working with a bank, nbfc,BFSI or payment processor.

Any exposure to go-to market planning / consulting roles is a plus.
