Manager - Financial Planning & Reporting - BFS - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Our client is a new age digital-first bank focused on the financial inclusion through technological innovations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Competitor Benchmarking - benchmarking of Fincare SFB with key competitors on a continuous basis; generate actionable insights

2. Strategic Financial Planning and Modeling - Working closely with CXOs and investors for preparation of annual business plan for the bank, as well as for key initiatives that will be undertaken by the Bank

3. Investor Relations - liaising with current and potential investors/ shareholders as well as third party analysts on an ongoing basis on the Bank's business model, operations, financial statements, performance, fund raising plans and initiatives. Requires data analysis, preparing investor presentations, financial modeling (valuation models), interacting with analysts, preparing for investor events, responding to investor/ analyst queries etc.

4. Regulatory/ Structuring - Active involvement in strategic regulatory/ structural elements of the Bank, working on the IPO, working closely with the Secretarial, Finance and Compliance functions.

5. Strategic Initiatives - work closely with the team in identifying and detailing proposed initiatives/ offerings of the bank, including preparing financial feasibility, benchmarking etc.

Educational Qualification and Experience level :

- B.Tech from a Tier I institute/ CAs/ MBA from tier 1 institutes

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Banking/ Private Equity/ Management Consulting, with exposure to banking/ financial services

- Experience in having worked in investor relations/ IPOs a plus

Technical competencies :

1. Excellent Financial modeling skills

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

3. Strong understanding of valuation, financial reports, and financial data tools etc.

4. Secondary and primary research skills

5. Ability to develop and maintain business relationships

6. Experience with PPT, Excel, Word, BI/ analytics tools
