Manager - Financial Planning/Business Finance - CA - eCommerce

We are looking for Financial Planning/Business Finance Manager/Chartered Accountant for an eCommerce company based out of Bangalore.

This position will be a part of FP&A / Business Finance Team. Key responsibilities include Long Range Strategic Planning, Budgeting, MIS and Financial reporting, Addressing Investor reporting requirements, revenue and expense forecasting, Operational & Financial metrics analysis

Principle Accountabilities:

1. Developing deep understanding of the entire business function of the organization to drive efficiency and process improvement.

2. Responsible for timely and accurate development of monthly forecast and MIS to Senior Management and Investors.

3. Understand and develop the Annual Operating Plan for the organization.

4. Working with cross functional teams to understand their processes and metrics and contribute to efficiency improvement.

5. Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects for top management

6. Assist in development of Business Plans and Decks to be used by Senior Management.

7. Deliver and manage Business scorecards for Senior Management working with the Finance leadership team.

Best Fit Profile:

1. 2-3 years in FP&A or Business Finance profile, MBA or CA (1st Attempt)

2. Strong Excel Skill & good business acumen

3. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional teams

4. Strong Financial modelling and Power-point skills

5. Previous experience in handling Budgets, forecasting and/or supporting FP&A department is desirable

6. Experience with eCommerce would be preferred

7. Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems

8. Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
