Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis/Transformation - Manufacturing

The candidate will be responsible for supporting FP&A activities across Sales and Revenue, Budgeting & Cost Management, Working Capital Management and Finance Functional Support.This position will partner extensively with the leadership team into FP & A analysis.

- Manage Multiple sponsors and large numbers of key stakeholders for the various projects

- Partner with Cross functional teams in understanding business pain points and arrive at appropriate IT and/or Re-engineering solutions .

- Provide overall Change Management Leadership, working with the Leadership team, and HR to achieve effective change thus ensuring success of the Transformation projects.
