Mgr-Finance planning & Analysis

We are looking a candidate for one of the leading telecom organisation

- Candidate should have experience in financial planning analysis

- Preparation/ making Budget of Cash Flow & various Reporting on Operating Free Cash Flow.

- Preparation of MIS, Consolidation of financials of Subsidiaries along with Notes to accounts

- Supervision of Capex and Opex Budget on monthly basis for any cost escalation or any major variation etc

- Preparation of Business Plan of the organization as per prevailing scenarios and developments.

- Preparation of Board Meeting Presentation (Financial part) on quarterly basis

- Ensuring completion of entire financial due diligence in given stipulated time for equity stake sale in business to prospective private equity player.

- Ensuring monthly closure of books of account as per accounting principles, standards and internal company guidelines.
