Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop Annual Operating Plan (Budget and forecast) in Co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders

- Key skills required: Communication skills, strong business sense, excellent skill in Microsoft office tools

- Monitor performance against the annual operation plan and initiate "initiatives" to bridge the gap (if any)

- Key skills required: Ability to forecast & read what is happening in the business, ability to analyse numbers, ability to perform root cause analysis, stakeholder co-ordination & alignment

- Prepare "management reporting packs" for timely reviews with actionable business insights & impact analysis of previous initiatives

- Key skills required: Presentation skills, storyboarding, project management

Ideal Candidate:

- Chartered Accountant with 2+ years post qualification experience working in a similar profile

- Experience in working in a start-up ecosystem would be a big advantage

- Strong functional and execution capabilities in Budgeting and Finance with good analytical skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to perform in pressure situations & capability to get the best out of a wide range of stakeholders
