Manager - FP&amp;A with global manufacturer of Semi Conductors (Shift 03:00 PM -12:00 AM) Job Description Manager for Finance process for captive unit of MNC Primary Activities - Work closely with internal stakeholders to enable Geovision strategy - Learn and become the SME for the processes that are delivered out of India - Implement Finance CoEs after identifying business requirements and skill availability - Document and share project learnings for continuous improvements - Work on standardization and automation of work. - Manage and motivate the team for the expected level of performance and deliverable quality. Manage and resolve team/stakeholder conflicts - Coordinate, negotiate and motivate various stakeholders and functional heads in order to establish consensus among cross-functional teams in support of time line and project deliverables. - Responsible to lead and deliver end-to-end migration/ maintenance of business processes from our overseas offices while meeting timelines, budget and delivery expectations and mitigating project risks. - Provide necessary support during incubation period of new processes - Suggest and recommend best practices for various processes being transitioned - Independently run review meetings, track and present SLAs - Develop, maintain and review dashboards, project progress and reporting in line with the standards of transition methodology, business needs &amp; Organizational requirements. Required Education and Experience - CA or MBA or related professional certification (CPA,CWA, CMA) preferred
