Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Retail

Job Description:

- Being adept at independently engaging with business partners to understand problems and solve them.

- Doing independent or demand based Deep Financial Modelling & Analysis to identify solutions to business commercial problems.

- Strategic support for change projects by developing business cases, and liaise and present to top management

- Develop commercial outcomes such as product line and supplier profitability, sales patterns and shifting consumer trends, and measure promotion effectiveness.

- Drive actions to help unlock business opportunities - work closely with business partners and commercial teams.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of business/function & big picture thinking

- Communication and Art of Conversation

- Lead & conceptual application in business context

- Tech savvy - ability to understand the data workflows, and understand the usability of data including visualizations such as Tableau.

- Cost Focus, understanding of Capex - Return on Investments

- Significant exposure of retail industry

- Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting

- Strong experience in business planning interfacing with commercial and business teams.

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing end-to-end analytical projects
