Manager Financial Planning & Analysis for a leading Pharmaceutical MNC based at Hyderabad

Location: The position is based in Hyderabad.

Experience: Candidates having 5+years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis for Manufacturing/Pharma Industry

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

2. Variance analysis of sales, costs & operating expenses & present to top management

3. To support in budgeting & forecasting activity

4. To support in analysis of monthly financials

5. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis

6. Utilising BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance

7. Prepare management reports such as monthly review presentation, audit committee presentations, adhoc presentations etc.

8. To perform market research and comparable company analysis

Must- Haves: Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

Qualification: Qualified CA from ICAI
