- As the Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis your responsibility is to directly support all the business units by preparing insightful reports which highlight performance based metrics. You will then drive performance improvement by budgeting, forecasting and long term road-maps.

Description

- As the Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis, you will report to the Head - FP&A and your role will include

- Partnering closely with both business units to obtain requisite P&L and drill-down data

- Presenting that data in appropriate format to upper management in the form of dashboards and MIS

- Designing new templates for dashboards and working closely with the Head of FP&A

- Spearhead the annual budgeting cycle in conjunction with department heads and tracking variances against the same

- Delivering a monthly rolling forecast with incremental accuracy improvements

- Supporting business on adhoc queries and scenarios relating to markets, products, geographies and customers

Profile

- As a successful candidate for the Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis you are a Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance from a reputed institute with 4-6 years of post qualification experience.

- You are an excellent communicator and are proactive in partnering with business teams.

- You have delivered substantial impact in the form of improvement to both top and bottom line within the FP&A function.

- You are comfortable with numbers and working with large amounts of data.

- You also possess comfort with advanced ERP systems like SAP.

- Candidates from Mumbai Suburban region with a Manufacturing and Production background will be preferred.
