1. Developing and implementing finance SOPs & controls
2. Audit & due diligence coordination
3. Business planning:
- Work closely with businesses for budgeting exercise and help in the development of plans
- Prepare and analyze quarterly/ monthly/ mid-monthly MIS.
- Proactively provide analysis/insights on variances
- Implement and work with requisite automation tool and dashboard reporting
4. Financial planning:
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and present to senior management team
5. Ad- hoc reporting and analysis.
Skills & qualification required :
1. 3- 5 years of post qualification experience
2. Prior experience of FP&A and controls environment exposure in large companies, ideally in scaled up start-ups
3. Qualified Chartered Accountants, other candidates with relevant prior experience may also be considered.
4. Good communication skills
5. Proactive self-starter
6. Strong analytical skills
