Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing

- Orchestrate a major annual planning process (e.g. Annual Operating Plan - AOP, Zero Based Budgeting - ZBB) with business partners to set stretching but achievable goals.

- Work with business partners to understand and challenge components of forecasts; quantify risks and opportunities; and help develop contingency plans.

- Transform data into insight, making sure to address the "what if" factor for the business when presenting the information.

- Translate business strategy into impact on profitability and balance sheet.

- Perform comprehensive analyses that distil key points and clearly articulate "what the numbers are saying".

- Use internal and external information opportunities for pursuing strategies that maximize value.
