Manager - FP&A

POSITION SUMMARY :

- General responsibilities include management of financial planning and analysis for DN Software OSF activities to include budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, management reporting and analysis, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures

- The position is responsible for analysis and interpretations of financial information to appraise operating results in terms of cost, revenues, budgets, trends and profit potential for the operations

- Responsible for assisting in development of 3-year strategic planning interacting with all corporate groups supported and all levels necessary.

- Assist in leading the submission process and consolidation of Capital expenditure planning for Software

- Consolidation and preparation of the formal monthly CFO presentation for MBR.

- The position provides advice and counsel to DN Software OSF regarding budgeting & improvement initiatives

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

- Develops and manages all planning and performance measurements

- Supports in developing both annual operating plans and monthly forecasts, which include cost reduction projections, cost center spending, revenue analysis and capital expenditures

- Interprets operating results as they affect the financial and operational aspects of the business and make specific recommendations, which will result in process improvement

- Insure operating policies and procedures have proper controls and adherence to corporate policy.

- Insure overall integrity of internal financial controls and financial reporting systems.

- Is able to work independently on non-structured requests

- Knowledge of ERP and Longview (or Hyperion) systems a must

- Has a minimum of 5 years- experience in an FP&A analyst role (preferably in a larger US listed company)

QUALIFICATION : CA or MBA (Finance)
