Forecasting:

- Create and update budget & forecast reports and analysis for assigned function

- Assist operational leaders with the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for assigned areas

- Analyze, manage, and track headcount expense and other operating expenses

- Conduct analysis to compare the actual performance of prior month actuals to forecast

Financial Reporting:

- Analyze forecasted results versus actual performance to identify improvement opportunities

- Use financial system (TM1), Excel to create reports and/or dashboards that demonstrate variances over forecast

- Develop and enhance financial reporting

- Conduct analysis and produce operational reports and KPIs as needed

- Analyze segment specific and consolidated metrics for the organization

- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the periodic management reporting of financial results for assigned functional areas

- Research and resolve inquiries for assigned functional areas
