Client : Leading Internet Company  Location : Gurgaon  Position : Manager - FPA  JOB DESCRIPTION  As an FP&A Manager you will responsible of the overall FP&A operations of the company.  - Helps in preparation of annual company wide budget by working closely with departments  - Discussion with Senior management for budget allocation, financial and business KPI  - Month end closure activities i.e review of accounts, booking of accruals etc  - Preparation of periodic rolling forecast by working with other departments  - Month end results analysis especially related to deviation from budget and forecast  - Assisting in financial strategic scenario building especially related to revenue, cash flow etc  - Periodic financial and business presentation and reporting to local and corporate management  - Working closely with other teams for analysing and monitoring of business KPI  - POC for all analysis and queries from corporate office  - Interacting with teams from other countries for bench marking practices and processes  - Mentoring of FP&A team members for setting up of best in class practices and analysis  IDEAL CANDIDATE:  - CA / MBA(full time) with 6-8 years of FP&A experience  - Heading or part of FP&A team in big/e-commerce company  - Handling team of 2-4 team members  - Good communication skills especially spoken and written English  - Good knowledge of excel and powerpoint
