Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Insurance

1. Drive monthly closing process; Generate budget v/s actual variance analysis across lines and clearly communicate trends, exceptions and areas of improvement

2. Anchor the quarterly earnings forecasting process

3. Own the effectiveness & timeliness of the budgeting process - be the primary model keeper for the long range plans

4. Ensure robust capital monitoring to ensure full regulatory compliance

5. Deliver a timely & accurate MIS to empower business success (Local & US GAAP)

6. Undertake Quarterly Competition performance analysis and comparison on key parameters

7. Support FP&A Lead / CFO (as required) in driving financial discipline across all OPEX/CAPEX or new partnership investments

8. Other Ad-hoc analysis as required by Team Lead and CFO

9. Support & direct the team to create leverage
