The objective of the role is to be responsible for the complete direction, control, and compliance of Financial Planning and Analysis. - It is also responsible for supporting business leaders in developing long-term business plans &amp; strategies that work to minimize financial risks. Key Responsibilities of the role are : 1. To support the leaders and work as a Finance Business Partner. 2. Developing annual business plans, annual budgeting, strategic planning, and financial forecasts. 3. Evaluating and establishing stringent Financial Controls and financial discipline. 4. Conducting statutory and internal audits. The ideal candidate must an MBA (Finance) S/He should have a good experience in developing financial strategies and working cohesively with business teams.
