Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Hospitality/Real Estate - CA

- Prepare the monthly MIS / Cash Flows

- Prepare financial models for evaluating project level feasibility

- Prepare the data required for submission to banks / FIs on a monthly basis and coordinate with various internal stakeholders for the same

- Ensure compliance with all covenants as per the respective Facility Agreements

- Coordinate all paperwork etc. to ensure that the loan drawdown / disbursement happens on a timely basis

- Coordinate with external stakeholders (Chartered Accountants etc.) wherever required for certificates for submission with RERA / Banks / FIs

Note - Financial Modelling experience is must.

Preference - CA with min 5 years of experience.
