We are hiring for a leading Health Insurance Company(Fortune 500 Company) for Manager-Financial Planning and Analysis role.
Education-MBA/CA preferred
Technical skills-SAP, Oracle
KRA's:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting & Financial Modeling: Preparation of Annual Operating Plan & Budget for overall company.
- To work very closely with the Company Management & provide them with detailed analysis/studies/ reports which helps them in formulating business strategies.
- Cash Flow - Assisting CFO for smooth flow of cash by planning of future cash flow.
- Financial Statements- Preparation of Condensed Financial Statement for quarterly review. Preparation of Notes to accounts in support to financial statement.
- Budget Preparation - Preparing budget for the approval in Board meeting with & to the best available information about future Incomes and Expenses of the company.
- To assists in formulation of integrated strategic plans for all business units.
- To carry out feasibility study of capital projects and investments.
- To monitor and control costs through budgetary control.
- Analysis of Profitability statement, Cash flow statement, overheads, cost center reports and operations at multiple locations.
- Presenting - Management Audit Report-, to Top Management on Monthly Basis which gives performance/operational analysis of various business units.
- Preparing and analyzing the Product costing/profitability monthly in coordination with technical team and commercial team.
Salary Range: 5-9 LPA
