Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG / Ecommerce

Qualification : CA with 3-8 years of relevant experience

- CTC can go up to 18 to 20 Lacs PA depends upon the current CTC

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Preparation & roll out of Annual operating plan

- Drive monthly reporting of P&L & Variance analysis

- Preparation & strengthening of Working capital dashboards

- Interfaces with Business & Inventory team on monthly Inventory PSI plans

- Interfaces with Commercial & Sourcing teams on

- Payables variances & controls

- Preparation of Cash Flow/Business forecasts to Management

- Periodic studies on Peer companies/Industry Financials & competition benchmarking

- Generate periodic MIS on Inventory Costing (FOB to NLC waterfall) & variance analysis

- Generate dashboards across different Product Families/Articles on pricing analysis & recommend measures to enhance GM

- Review of D&L Costs to rationalize warehousing/Freight spends

- Develop and implement monthly profitability reports at

- Brand/Category/Branch level using Analytical tools like Power BI

- Automate Sales reports at Branch/Division/Category level through interface with IT & deployment of appropriate tools
