Position: Manager - FP&A (Financial Planning / Controlling & Analysis)

Reporting to: Head - Finance Controlling, India

Location: Gurgaon, India

What is the role?

A role that offers an exciting blend of strategic insight and operational impact , c ollaborating directly with the Country Finance Director & Head of Controlling. As an analytical and reporting expert, you'll craft insightful financial reports, dissect data, and offer advice towards sound business decisions and achieving strategic business objectives.

Beyond financial control and analysis, ~ 30% of your time is allocated to strategic business projects , providing you a diversified exposure to company's Business and Leadership .

A successful candidate needs to be internationally mobile, and ready to embark on a multinational career by leveraging opportunities in allcompanies locations across the globe

Key Responsibilities & goals:

Core FP&A Responsibilities mentioned below. ~ 30% of the incumbent ' s time will be dedicated to organizational

projects driving strategic objectives such as cost, profitability, productivity, competitiveness etc.

Financial Controlling

- Responsible for financial planning, controlling, and reporting.

- Develop strategic financial initiatives to improve results and support management team in a variety oF strategic and operational decisions.

- Manage the monthly financial statements, analyze financial results, and and proactively suggest recommendations to management.

- Prepare the company's financial forecast, budget, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions

- Monitor risks and drive sustainable value creation

- Participate in annual PnL game planning, target setting, investment planning, and profitability reviews.

- Supports/steers a Field team of direct and indirect selling resources.

- Prepare management presentations on business update, Strategy, Key steering actions

Organization Performance

- Monitor organization performance through a comprehensive set of KPIs

- Adjusts financial leverages to achieve business results

- Suggest and Implement r emedial measures for lagging areas Financial Discipline

What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?

- Qualified CA

- 3 - 5 years of experience post CA, ideally in financial analysis or modelling

- Strong functional expertise in Finance , advanced analytical and financial modeling skills

- Brings a quantitative, structured approach to projects and analysis

- Advanced level knowledge in SAP/BI

- Strong interpersonal communication skills
