Responsibilities :

- To lead Financial Planning & Analysis

- Will play a key role in proposals building and solution's and lead various transformation projects.

- Will be responsible for providing direction and assistance to senior Leadership in implementation of best practices across different accounts.

- Will develop and drive best practices framework, case studies and bench-marking for FP&A processes.

- Will lead growth strategy initiatives for FP& A segment by identifying tactical-level execution elements and providing assistance in execution of plans.

Requirements :

- CA/MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience in Financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

- Strong Budgeting, Profitability, FP&A domain knowledge.

- Excellent communication skills.
