Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG

There is an urgent role for MGR- FP &A with an MNC at Gurgaon.

Role : Mgr - FP&A - Asia Pacific

Profile :

- Financial Analysis: Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) taking into account company's goals and financial standing to provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance through operational financial reports. Interpretation and writing summary of the financial result in monthly and quarterly business review.

- Financial Planning: Track and determine financial status by in-depth analysis of the Organization Consult with management to guide and influence long term action plans and financial decision making within the broadest scope.

- Drive process improvement, best practices development and strategy implementation initiatives that impact the organization unction in the region (Aisa Pacific).

- Reporting: Assemble and summarize data to structure and automate sophisticated reports on financial status and risks and develop financial models, conduct bench-marking and variance analysis and explanations.

- Detailed monthly financial review of sub markets and timely closure of queries to facilitate preparation of regional Operations deck for leadership review b/w Regional CEO/CFO with Global CEO/CFO.
